How to create fourth wings?
To create the fourth wings you must go to the Chaos Goblin Machine and select the "Regular Combination" option and enter the following items.
Required Combination Material:
- 1 Garuda Feather
- 1 Garuda Flame
- 50 Golden Crest
- Higher Magic Stone
- 30 Jewel of Chaos
- 30 Jewel of Creation
- 30 Jewel of Bless
- 30 Jewel of Soul
- Zen (depends on chance of success)
Successful Result: Random 4th wings/cloak with random options.
- As of season 17 it is not random, you will get wings of the same class as your character.
Failed Result: All items will be destroyed.
- The maximum success rate is 40%.
- Adding a Higher Magic Stone into the combination will increase the success rate by 5%.
- There is no limit to the amount of Magic Stones you can use in the combination.
- A Talisman of Luck can increase the success rate by 10%.
How to get the Garuda Feather?
Garuda Feather
To get the Garuda Feather you must go to the Chaos Goblin Machine and select the "Regular Combination" option and enter the following items.
Required Combination Material:
- Wings Tier 3 +13 +4 (Minimum Level +13 & Additional +4)
- Higher Magic Stone
- 30 Jewel of Chaos
- 30 Jewel of Creation
- 30 Jewel of Bless
- 30 Jewel of Soul
- Zen (depends on chance of success).
Successful Result: Garuda Feather.
Failed Result: All items will be destroyed.
- The success rate will vary depending on the level and additional of the item (Wings).
- The maximum success rate is 60%.
- Adding a Higher Magic Stone into the combination will increase the success rate.
- There is no limit to the amount of Magic Stones you can use in the combination.
- A Talisman of Luck can increase the success rate by 10%.

Required Combination Material:
- Ancient Item +7 +4 (Minimum Level +7 & Additional +4)
Successful Result: 'X' Higher Magic Stone.
