Wings & Cloaks
In this level we will need different materials to make wings and cloaks.
For the wings we will need the Loch's Feather and for the cloaks the Crest of Monarch.

Item used to craft Tier 2 Wings.
Dropped by Queen Rainier and Drakan in the Icarus Map.
Crest of Monarch
Item used to craft Tier 2 Cloaks.
Dropped by level 78 or higher monsters on maps like Kanturu Ruins, Kanturu Relics, Acheron...

How to create second wings?
To create the second wings you must go to the Chaos Goblin Machine and select the "Regular Combination" option and enter the following items.
Required Combination Material for Wings:
- 1st Wings/cloaks +4 +4 (Minimum Level +4 & Additional +4)
- 1 Jewel of Chaos
- 1 Loch's Feather
- 1 Excellent Item +4 +4 (Minimum Level +4 & Additional +4)
- Zen (depends on chance of success) - Max 5.000.000
Successful Result: Random 2nd wings and random options.
Failed Result: All items will be destroyed.
How to create second cloaks?
To create the second cloaks you must go to the Chaos Goblin Machine and select the "Regular Combination" option and enter the following items.
Required Combination Material for Cloaks:
- 1st Wings/cloaks +4 +4 (Minimum Level +4 & Additional +4)
- 1 Jewel of Chaos
- 1 Crest of Monarch
- 1 Excellent Item +4 +4 (Minimum Level +4 & Additional +4)
- Zen (depends on chance of success) - Max 5.000.000
Successful Result: Random 2nd cloaks and random options.
Failed Result: All items will be destroyed.
- The success rate will vary depending on the level and additional of the items (Wings and Excellent Item).
- The maximum success rate is 90%.
- Adding a Bless into the combination will increase the success rate by 5%.
- Adding a Soul into the combination will increase the success rate by 3%.

Starting with Season 13, magic stones are added and the items needed for combinations are simplified and a new method for creating wings is added.

- There is no limit to the amount of Magic Stones you can use in the combination.
How to get Medium Magic Stone?
Medium Magic Stone
To get Medium Magic Stone you must go to the Chaos Goblin Machine and select the "Magic Stone Combination" option and enter the following items.
Required Combination Material:
- Excellent Item +7 +4 (Minimum Level +7 & Additional +4)
Successful Result: 1 ~ 9 Medium Magic Stone.
*Depending on the price of the item, the number of magic stones created may be different.

Step 1
Loch's Magic Solution
You have to go to Elbeland and find the NPC Priest James.
You must buy Loch's Magic Solution.
- Price: 1.000 Ruud
Step 2
Loch Magic Bell
You need to acquire the Magic Bell through hunting level 78 ~ 100 monsters.
You need the Magic Solution to collect the Magic Bell.
- Price: 1.000 Ruud
Step 3
Fill the Magic Solution, purchased at the Ruud Store with the Magic Bells.
*Drag and drop the Magic Bell into the Magic Solution to fill it
When the Magical Solution reaches 100% it becomes "Complete Magic Solution" and is ready to be used as combination material.
Step 4
To create the second wings you must go to the Chaos Goblin Machine and select the "Regular Combination" option and enter the following items.
Required Combination Material:
- 1st Wings/cloak
- 1 Complete Magic Solution
- 100.000 Zen
Successful Result: Tier 2 wings/cloaks with random options.
- The success rate is always 100%.
- There are low chances that the wings will be created with options.
- The crafted item is [Bound] and cannot be traded, however it can be stored in the vault.
